Case Study

LearnWell Projects

A content system diagnosed and rebuilt from the ground up. Traffic grew from roughly 400 to 10,000+ monthly visitors.

Vibe Check

Traffic had stalled at roughly 400 visits a month. The instinct in the room was that the site simply needed more content, more posts, more volume. That instinct was worth questioning before acting on it.

The Read

A technical SEO audit and GA4 diagnostics told a different story than “not enough content.” Search visibility, internal linking, and conversion paths weren’t connected to each other, so new posts had nowhere to send the traffic they generated. The gap was structural, not volume.

Brand Direction

Content needed to be treated as infrastructure, not output. That meant building the system, search-driven topic selection, internal linking logic, and a clear path from article to lead, before adding more posts to a pipeline that couldn’t yet convert what it already had.

The Build

A search-driven editorial strategy, a repurposing workflow to extend the life of existing content, and a three-page lead-generation funnel designed to carry a visitor from search result to qualified lead. Each piece was built to reinforce the others rather than operate on its own.

Field Test

Traffic grew to 10,000+ monthly visitors, and the system contributed to a 5% increase in qualified leads, tracked and refined on an ongoing basis through GA4 rather than measured once at the end.

What This Proves

The ability to diagnose a systemic problem correctly before spending effort on the wrong fix, and to build infrastructure that compounds rather than content that just accumulates. This is systems thinking, applied to content.
