Vibe Check
High-volume B2B SaaS affiliate content, already live, already ranking, across major brands. The job wasn’t to build a content engine. It was to make an existing one work harder without breaking what already worked.
The Read
Volume and speed had outpaced consistency. A page could rank without converting, or convert without holding up to scrutiny. The gap wasn’t one weak article. It was the absence of a shared standard for what “good” meant across a fast-moving editorial queue.
Brand Direction
Judgment needed to be repeatable, not personal. A decision framework applied to every page, checking search intent match, accuracy, scannability, entity SEO and schema, and conversion readiness together, rather than trading one off against the others.
The Build
Applied that framework daily across affiliate content for brands including Salesforce, HubSpot, ADP, Zoho, and LegalZoom, partnering with SEO and editorial teams on emerging AI-search strategies during a high-volume publishing period.
Field Test
The content shipped through a record $2M revenue month for the publishing environment, an outcome of a broader team’s work, not solely this one. Editorial judgment operated inside that scale, page by page.
What This Proves
Judgment holds up under volume. The same standard, applied consistently across dozens of pages and several brands, is what keeps a fast content engine from eroding the trust that makes it convert in the first place.
